Easy Berry Lemon Tart Recipe

Hello Pretty Ladies,
— My Twist on An Easy Berry Lemon Tart Recipe—
Are you hosting or headed to a Party for the 4th? I have an easy and fun twist on a lemon tart. Perfect for the 4th Easy Berry Lemon Tart Recipe, a recipe that is light & fresh, has a little crunch, and tastes so good. It is easy to make and looks so festive for the 4th of July. Trust me, you’ll use my Lemon Curd whipping cream on everything.
I was playing with a recipe for this dessert. I had all these beautiful red and blue berries, and I always had heavy cream and a jar of lemon curd. However, I didn’t have pie crust on hand, and I was lazy and didn’t want to make it from scratch. I did have some fillo dough on hand, so I thought I’d create a dessert for Sunday dinner to test out on the family.
I could have served the berries with just my lemon curd whipping cream because that is so yummy! It’s excellent with pound cake or any white or yellow cake as well. WATCH MY VIDEO HERE

The Families Vote:
Ben is Dutch and loves European desserts. He loved them! He said he loved the little crunch and that it reminded him of Europe.
Hudson and Kayla loved it and the little twist. Hampton liked the berries and whipped cream (he’s not really a pie or pastry lover, so I was expecting that). Now, as for me… I love a good pie crust and even like a thicker doughy pie crust, so I missed the crust. So, with that said, I loved how easy it was to make, and it was beautiful and fun to try something different.
