Happy Sunday, I hope you’re having a beautiful Sunday. We’re having yet another snowy day in Utah. I don’t know about you, but I need a warm sunny vacation. Today’s “In the kitchen with D’Arcy” Sunday Recipe:🥒🍋🥒🍋🥒🍋 🥒 “Hydrate & Fiber Mocktail with Liquid IV” It’s a great recipe to get you ready for that warm sunny vacation. It helps hydrate and adds fiber, which can help you lose weight while adding many other great benefits that drinking water daily provides.
Here’s a great Hydrating & added Fiber Mocktail recipe using Liquid IV that tastes yummy, adds extra fiber to your diet and helps Hydrate your skin. “Drinking water is like washing out your insides.”
🍋🥒Hydrate & fiber water recipe:
-Juice of 1 lime
-1/2 cucumber sliced
-Mint (about 12 leaves) muddle if wish✔️
-2 Tablespoons Chia seed
-1 packet of Liquid IV cucumber mojito mix
Add all ingredients to a pitcher & Stir! Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, fill it with water, add a packet of Liquid Iv, and shake. Pour in glass (I added a decorative Ice cub) and garnish with Lime, cucumber & mint. Enjoy🥒
