

Pumpkin spice chocolate chip cookie recipe with 3 ingredients, so easy to make and low fat!

I wanted to hop on here and share a quick family favorite cookie recipe with you! Pumpkin Chocolate chip cookies, that is so easy to make you’ll whip up a couple batches so fast you’re family will love you like mine does when I make these yummy little treats! I always make a double batch and freeze some or take a plate to a weekend gathering. It’s 3 ingredient’s… Yes 3 ingredient’s and it’s low fat, I am telling you these are so yummy, my family can truly eat a whole batch in a day, if I don’t freeze some or make a plate for a gift. I make these a lot in the fall but my family really likes them no matter the season!
You’ll need:
1 box of your favorite Spice cake mix
1 regular size can of Pumpkin
2 cups of chocolate chips
A small Ice cream scoop, mixer, bowl, cookie sheet or two….
Mix all the ingredients together, Scoop up with a ice cream scoop ( I use the small scoop) place on a greased or lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes depending on your stove. makes 2-3 dozen
Truly the easiest cookies you’ll ever make and nobody would know you didn’t sweat over them!

II am assuming it is the larger can of pumpkin since around here they do sell the smaller size cans like a little bigger than the small tomato paste

OctOctober 7 baby so pumpkin is my season. I believe your birthday is coming up soon too.
The sell pumpkin in the two sizes youll want the small can:) the big can youd have to use ywo boxes of spice cake mix. So good, I do make two batchs because my boys and hubby love and it gives me enought to take some to school etc.
