2 Items I am Using Menopause Hair Loss
As I am aging and in menopause, I am losing hair, a common side effect that isn’t been discussed much until recently. Here are 2 products I have been using for over a year now and am seeing results with hair growing back in and stronger hair.

The secret to healthy hair is a healthy scalp and GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum by Vegmore is a fully comprehensive approach to scalp health that incorporates the use of proprietary phyto-actives, vegan proteins & minerals designed to work in tandem for optimal scalp and hair wellness.

3 Hair Care Products I Use For Styling & How I Get Bounce and Body
– Hair Oil (to keep my hair shiny, and protected) a small drop in the palm of my hands use wet or dry
– Dry shampoo to add texture and volume, I use it at the root and ends I love Dry Bar and it smells fantastic, and I have been using Hair story powder, which is a loose powder and can be sprinkled on or I put in my hands and finger it in. You don’t go though the powder as fast. Both do the same job so it really is on preference.
– Hair Spray on ends and at the root, then after each curl. Kendra Hair Spray is a game changer when it comes to hair spray. My favorite by far. Let me tell you I have tried them all, well almost!
My Hair Oil Story
A Daily Treatment: This styling oil for hair helps smooth out frizz, add shine, and hide the signs of damage while softening texture. A blend of 8 essential oils does wonders for parched or frizzy areas when worked through hair – damp or dry.
I’ve always had oily hair and as I have aged and with menopause kicking in, It’s been dry everywhere, but still oily at the roots. I didn’t add oil to my hair, thinking it would worsen.
I have learned hair takes the oil it needs, when you apply just a couple of drops to the palms of your hands, rub them together and apply them to the hair. Only use it in the middle and ends of my hair, avoiding my roots. This has helped with the brittleness and added shine back into my hair.

4 hair care tools you can’t live without – T3-micro curling iron, makes all the difference for my hair type, as this is the only curling iron that, gives me a curl my hair holds. For drying hair, I use the T3 micro styling blow wand.
The Wet Brush Original Detangler helps your hair stay strong and healthy! Gently loosens knots, on wet or dry hair, without pulling or snagging. The moment you use it, you’ll feel the difference.
GRO Revitalizing Scalp Massager features a series of bristles that stimulate the scalp and boost scalp health, providing both an exhilarating scalp massage and a relaxing experience. Ideal for all hair types, this hand-held massager can be used on a dry scalp. I use mine in the shower when shampooing and conditioning hair.
