February… normally a cold and dark Winter month. This year Utah really hasn’t had a Winter! I heard the other day its been 70 years since Utah has had a winter with this little snow! But no snow doesn’t mean that the flu season would stay away too! Even though we all wish it would stay away! Yuck, Nobody wants to be sick and I haven’t been sick in over 8 years. I have found a way to keep that flu away….even in the full swing of flu season! I learned about Oscillococcinum by Boiron from a friend 8 years ago and it’s changed how my family and I get through flu season! Oscillococcinum is a Homeopathic medicine that is safe for ages 2 -up. It reduces the duration and severity of flu symptoms and if you take it just as you are feeling worn down or have the start of a flu symptom you can avoid the flu all together, special if you take a Zinc and up your Vitamin C.
Oscilloccinum is a product you can get anywhere really. The market, Target, CVS, even Costcos has it. It is Quick dissolving pellets that taste like sugar.
