What is 3rd piece rule?

This Rule (which, in fashion, there aren’t rules) it’s a great tip that works for dressing up or changing the look of any outfit just by changing the 3rd piece.

How does this styling rule/tip work?

I am here if you wear faux leather crop pants and a denim shirt. Although cute on its own, When you add the 3rd piece, aka the jacket or the plaid shacket, it gives your outfit a completely different look just by changing the 3rd piece.

Creating different looks:

You could change out just the jacket over and over on this basic outfit and achieve so many different looks.

This Rule is a great tip that works for traveling as well to stretch your wardrobe without taking as many pieces.
