Happy New Week! I hope you had a great weekend. It was beautiful here in Utah. Today, I am sharing a quick and easy outfit to inspire you. A Perfectly Polished Chic Cuffed Jean Outfit: Cuff jeans are all the rage, and they are a style you can wear casually or elevate to a great Chic outfit.

I’ve always loved a cuffed jean. It’s an excellent trick for tall girls whose jeans are always too short. Add a little folded-up cuff to those short jeans, and the problem will be fixed! A cuff is also always cute on a loose boyfriend-style jean.

Today, I’m sharing a Chic way to wear them with a little Parisian vibe. You could easily copy this look by shopping your closet for items like this: a double-breasted blazer, a mock-neck cap sleeve sweater, straight-leg jeans in a medium to dark wash that you could cuff, a great pair of loafers, and gold jewelry.

I hope your weekend is going well and you’re having a great weekend. It’s Sunny and beautiful here in Utah, and I have to say we’ve been enjoying it. We’ve been having dinner on the deck the last three nights, and all the trees are starting to bloom beautiful blossoms.

Speaking of trees, we started our Saturday morning off by having two beautiful trees removed from our yard, one being a stunning cherry tree. Although attractive, unfortunately, they were too close to our home and caused some damage, so it was necessary to have them cut down and removed. Everything went smoothly, and the tree service did a fantastic job. Meanwhile, Ben is redoing our decks; new front and back decks are also happening this Spring. It’s great to get things checked off your Spring cleaning checklist. Do you have Spring projects happening?

Hello Pretty ladies,

Happy Good Friday and start of Easter weekend as well as Spring Break.

We’re heading to Church services this evening and leaving for Spring break on Tuesday.

This week’s Friday blog post took a turn. I was going to share a fabulous Spring outfit. Then, after yesterday’s Live with Suzanne, I realized so many of you wanted to know what supplements I’ve been taking and some of the items I’ve been using that have helped me on this midlife journey.

Please note that I am not a Doctor. I have seen Doctors and hormone replacement Doctors, and I’ve done a lot of research. These are just some of the items I’ve been taking and have found to work for me. Having had a hysterectomy in September of last year, I genuinely feel the best I’ve felt in years. I’ve been taking several of these items for years and added a couple to the mix in the last 3-4 months.

A little Health Journey info

I am not doing any HRT at this time and have not since around 2020. While this did work for me back in 2016-2019, while in the stages of pre-menopausal, I felt great, and it helped me tremendously to feel better and to get that hormonal weight I’d gained off.

I noticed after that 3rd year going into 4 I wasn’t feeling like myself, probably because the stages of Menopause were changing, and I also am assuming this was the time I probably started having tumor issues and wasn’t aware. Now, 2020 -2022 was a hard time for the medical field. Which we are all aware of.

Because of this, I stopped doing HTR and started looking into more supplements that could help while in this stage of midlife and Menopause. This is a tiny part of my journey in midlife and a peek at my Midlife helpers & Supplements I take in midlife.
