Three Dinners, Out Of One Pork Loin Recipe:
How to cook a Crockpot Pork Loin to get 3 different meals from it….(family of 4) double if larger. Three Dinners, Out Of One Pork Loin Recipe, How I like to create three different dinners out of one crockpot pork loin. This does cooking for the week is a breeze.

Pork Loin Recipe:
1 large pork loin browned
1 32oz chicken or beef stock
1/2 of large onion sliced
1 pack Lipton onion mix
4 peeled garlic gloves
2 tablespoons of Kitchen Bouquet
2 tablespoons of dried parsley
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
Drippings from pan
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Place all ingredients into Crockpot with a crockpot liner
( leaving pork loin until last)
Stir ingredients, then add pork loin.
Tip: cut sides of Crockpot liner… when all ingredients are in crockpot tie liner (like a garbage bag), cover crockpot and cook for a couple of hours at high then lower to low for a couple more.
When done, take out to rest for about 10 min and slice off a couple of pieces for a pork loin dinner (set aside)
Shred rest… split shredded in 1/2… use one 1/2 for a shredded pork Taco dinner and the other 1/2 for a BBQ sandwich dinner! Refrigerate what you are not using for meals later in the week.
