Midlife Skincare Routine: From Day To Night And A Self-Care Day
Hello Pretty Ladies,
I hope your week is going well. We’re enjoying pool time and soaking up pretty weather on Spring break. How about you? It’s been a while since I’ve shared on the blog what products I’ve been using lately and how I use them in Midlife as far as a Skincare Routine, from what I use for the day versus what I use at night and for a self-care day. I am also sharing all my discount codes as well.
Self-care day
A weekly Self-care day for your skin is highly recommended:) It’s just a little extra attention your skin deserves. I tend to do this on Saturdays, but you can squeeze in an extra hour or two for some me time whenever it works in your schedule. If that means only once a month, make sure you do that for yourself.

The skin care order & Steps:
Step 1: Cleaner
Double Washed face with

Step 2: Mask
Then, I used the Tula Berry Relaxed Detoxing & Toning Face Mask Stick and let it set for 8-10 minutes.

Step 3: Mask
I then applied the City Beauty -line smoothing HydroMask sheet mask
(Plump & Smooth) ( you can use any sheet mask)
- I like to use my Jade roller to push the serum from the mask into my skin.

Wear for 15-20 min.

Step 4: Toners

Step 5: Serums
- Colleen Rothschild– Vitamin C Brighten serum Or
- Tula’s Vitamin C brighten serum
I also use Colleen Rothschild’s Vitamin C Treatment complex once or twice a week in the evening or on a no-makeup day, as it’s a little richer.
Benefits: A vitamin C serum is essential to your skin routine at any age.
Other serums… If you have a specialty serum you like to use, now is the time to layer it here before the next step.

Step 6: Eye Cream
Eyes cream (use your favorite)
I have a couple I use
One for the day, one for the night, and one for a no-makeup day.

If you are not staying home, this is always an essential final step in your skincare before applying makeup.
I use a couple depending on what I am doing or doing, etc.
