New Year New You? 3 Things I am adding to my Routine in the New Year.

Hello Pretty Ladies, And Happy New Year! So I just wanted to share a couple of things I am working on for my health and diet for January.
Last week, I shared on the blog about adding habits/goals how I like to build on small intentions or goals once a month instead of making an extensive list and trying to accomplish it all at once. Trying to stay consistent for the whole year can be difficult and cause failure. (more on that HERE) Last week, we also had a fun Live Chit Chat Chic on Several New Years Topics, intentions, fitness, and health plans for 2022.
I thought it would be good to share a couple of the things I started on January 3rd and take you on my journey here and in stories on Instagram. The Big thing I am adding is Active & Fit, deciding I would set the intention for a better fitness routine. It’s been hard to fit into my hectic schedule, and NOW with Active&Fit Now, I can fit in a workout that will work within my schedule. Use the app for activities at home or head to one of the on-list gyms.
