5 Ingredient Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe
Hello, Pretty Ladies. I hope you’re having a great Sunday. We’ve had some beautiful days in Utah and plan to go on a scenic drive after church today. The kids are coming for Sunday dinner. We’re making chicken tacos with all the fixings, including my delicious homemade guacamole and pico de gallo. Recipes are HERE.
Today’s “In the Kitchen with D’Arcy,” I share another family favorite: my 5-Ingredient Easy Chocolate-Coated Strawberries Recipe. It’s an easy recipe, tastes yummy, and looks like you spent a lot of time making it. I like to take these to parties, add the charcuterie boards, and make them for gifts. I know you will love these treats like my family does.

-Strawberries ( I like good size ones)
– 1 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
– 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
– 2 Tbs butter
– 3 Tbs olive oil
Wash strawberries and lay them out to dry (they must be dry to dip). In 2 small glass bowls, add chocolate chips in one and white chocolate chips in the other. Line cookie sheet with wax paper
In chocolate chips, add 1 Tbs Butter and 2 TBS olive oil. Warm in microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until chocolate is smooth, melted, And silky-looking. Working quickly, dip strawberries and lay them on a cookie sheet.
When all the strawberries are dipped, you’ll decorate them with white chocolate. You’ll make the white chocolate the same way you make the regular chocolate. (Just a smaller amount)
