I hope you are doing well and staying safe. It’s been hard to wrap my head around all that is going on and feeling all kinds of emotions that very day by day, as I am sure you are feeling the same way. I have been sharing daily on Instagram Stories tips that help us get through, ways to stay busy and productive, things that can bring joy or laughter and daily prayers. I have been using this time to organize some things I’ve wanted to do but really haven’t wanted to spend the little time I had to do it. Now I have the time…. #16. A full pantry= Thankful that my mom taught us to keep a full pantry and to be prepared.

#17.  Yoga stretches =I have really enjoyed the extra time to be able to fit in doing some yoga stretching. Here are some FREE ones.
