Easy Turkey Lasagna Recipe
Happy Sunday Pretty Ladies,
We’ve had a beautiful week in Utah. I’ve enjoyed getting our yard in tip-top shape, but I still have much to do with my future Daughter-in-law’s Bridal shower coming up fast. Speaking of Wedding festivities, our son is in Boston for his bachelor party, and before he left, I made this lasagna recipe, one of his favorites.
This week, Ben and I head to Colorado for a gateway, and Kayla is heading out on her Bachelorette trip, which means Hudson will be alone. This lasagna recipe is great for freezing and baking later, perfect for leaving for the family when you’re not home or taking to someone who’s had surgery or a baby.
I hope you try this Recipe out and love it like my family.
Ingredients:
-Ground Turkey browned with 1 cup diced onions, 2 Tablespoons of garlic & # Tablespoos of kitchen bouquet (you can Use Italian sausage or ground beef)

-Ricotta Cheese (large)

-1 High-Quality Mozzarella cheese Ball cut into Rounds
-Handful of Fresh Basil chopped
– 12 Lasagna Noodles (3 layers) Not cooked

How to Assemble:
Layer Sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, and add noodles( depending on the baking dish) (mine for three across and one on end) for four noodles in each layer!
Add a thin layer of sauce over the noodles. First, layer the Ricotta cheese mixture with seasonings, add a thin layer of sauce over the cheese, and then add noodles, a thin layer of sauce, the ground turkey, a thin layer of sauce, the shredded mozzarella, and 1/2 the Parmesan cheese, a thin layer of sauce, and the last row of noodles, a thin layer of sauce, then the rest of the Parmesan cheese and the rounds of mozzarella topped with fresh basil.
Bake at 400 for 45 min or until top is golden brown and bubbling. Depending on ovens…
Let sit for 5-10 min and cut.
Serve with a salad and garlic bread. Feeds 6-8
