February Friday Favorites and Weekly Round-Up 

Hello, pretty ladies, 

I hope your week was a good one. It seemed to fly by for me, but I can’t seem to catch up and get everything done on my to-do list. Have you had weeks or months like this? What do you do to keep yourself from stressing out over it?

| A Little Life Catch-up |

I have learned to take a day at a time, and lists help me. Have a weekly to-do list and try to break it down into daily parts… I highlight what I don’t finish that day and make my first thing for the next day. 

If you’re like me, you might have high expectations of what you can accomplish in a day, which can set your week up for failure. Instead, Make a priority list—a List of Things I would love to do and an “If I have time” List. Break the priority list into items for each day.

Then, when you accomplish that day’s priorities, pick something from the other list. This will allow you to achieve your daily priorities and feel good about the day versus causing stress.
