I hope your weekend is going well and you’re having a great weekend. It’s Sunny and beautiful here in Utah, and I have to say we’ve been enjoying it. We’ve been having dinner on the deck the last three nights, and all the trees are starting to bloom beautiful blossoms.

Speaking of trees, we started our Saturday morning off by having two beautiful trees removed from our yard, one being a stunning cherry tree. Although attractive, unfortunately, they were too close to our home and caused some damage, so it was necessary to have them cut down and removed. Everything went smoothly, and the tree service did a fantastic job. Meanwhile, Ben is redoing our decks; new front and back decks are also happening this Spring. A weekly Self-care day for your skin is highly recommended:) It’s just a little extra attention your skin deserves. I tend to do this on Saturdays, but you can squeeze in an extra hour or two for some me time whenever it works in your schedule. If that means only once a month, make sure you do that for yourself.

The skin care order & Steps:

Step 1: Cleaner

Double Washed face with

Then, I used the Tula Berry Relaxed Detoxing & Toning Face Mask Stick and let it set for 8-10 minutes.

We’re heading to Church services this evening and leaving for Spring break on Tuesday.

This week’s Friday blog post took a turn. I was going to share a fabulous Spring outfit. Then, after yesterday’s Live with Suzanne, I realized so many of you wanted to know what supplements I’ve been taking and some of the items I’ve been using that have helped me on this midlife journey.

Please note that I am not a Doctor. I have seen Doctors and hormone replacement Doctors, and I’ve done a lot of research. These are just some of the items I’ve been taking and have found to work for me. Having had a hysterectomy in September of last year, I genuinely feel the best I’ve felt in years. I’ve been taking several of these items for years and added a couple to the mix in the last 3-4 months.

A little Health Journey info

I am not doing any HRT at this time and have not since around 2020. While this did work for me back in 2016-2019, while in the stages of pre-menopausal, I felt great, and it helped me tremendously to feel better and to get that hormonal weight I’d gained off.

I noticed after that 3rd year going into 4 I wasn’t feeling like myself, probably because the stages of Menopause were changing, and I also am assuming this was the time I probably started having tumor issues and wasn’t aware. Now, 2020 -2022 was a hard time for the medical field. Which we are all aware of.

October is here, and I don’t know how September flew so fast! Fall is my favorite season, and it is always the fastest to go by. But with that said, it means it’s time for a September top 12 Best Seller You Loved list. These are the items you loved and purchased the most in September.

The retailer offers two types of cards, a retail credit card and a Visa credit card, which provide the same benefits and are eligible for early access to the Anniversary Sale.
