Hello Pretty ladies,

Happy Good Friday and start of Easter weekend as well as Spring Break. 

We’re heading to Church services this evening and leaving for Spring break on Tuesday.

This week’s Friday blog post took a turn. I was going to share a fabulous Spring outfit. Then, after yesterday’s Live with Suzanne, I realized so many of you wanted to know what supplements I’ve been taking and some of the items I’ve been using that have helped me on this midlife journey.

Please note that I am not a Doctor. I have seen Doctors and hormone replacement Doctors, and I’ve done a lot of research. These are just some of the items I’ve been taking and have found to work for me. Having had a hysterectomy in September of last year, I genuinely feel the best I’ve felt in years. I’ve been taking several of these items for years and added a couple to the mix in the last 3-4 months. 

A little Health Journey info

I am not doing any HRT at this time and have not since around 2020. While this did work for me back in 2016-2019, while in the stages of pre-menopausal, I felt great, and it helped me tremendously to feel better and to get that hormonal weight I’d gained off.

I noticed after that 3rd year going into 4 I wasn’t feeling like myself, probably because the stages of Menopause were changing, and I also am assuming this was the time I probably started having tumor issues and wasn’t aware. Now, 2020 -2022 was a hard time for the medical field. Which we are all aware of.

Because of this, I stopped doing HTR and started looking into more supplements that could help while in this stage of midlife and Menopause. This is a tiny part of my journey in midlife and a peek at my Midlife helpers & Supplements I take in midlife.
