Easy Green Onion Cheese Ball Recipe

Hello Pretty Ladies,

I hope you had a great May. Man, did it fly by so fast? Did it for you as well? I felt like I blinked and it was over. Today, I’m hopping on the blog to share one of my favorite quick and easy recipes, perfect for a quick appetizer. These are ingredients most of us have on hand, which means you can throw them together quickly if you need to take a dish to a party or serve a little something to guests who drop by.

I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and friends do. If you try it, I would love you to leave me a comment and let me know what you think. OX

The perfect quick Appetizer that’s sure to please every time. Even better, you can make it ahead of time, as its taste is even better.

Green Onion Cheese Ball Recipe:

1 pack of softened Cream Cheese

One cup of shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 cup to roll a ball in)

1 cup green onions (reserve 1/4 cup to roll ball in)

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt

Crackers of your choice (wheat thins are best), it’s a hard enough cracker to scoop up without breaking.

To create your Recipe:

In a medium-sized bowl

Use a mixer and whip up the cream cheese. When softened, add the cheese and mix until smooth. Then, add the green onion and garlic salt. Mix up.

Form into a ball, roll in the reserved green onion and cheese, place it back in the bowl, and cover. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

I prefer to make this a day in advance for optimal flavor.

Serve with crackers.

Great on cucumbers as well.

*Makes a great baked potato topping too

Happy Mother’s Day! I hope you have a beautiful day being celebrated. Today, I’m sharing what I’ll wear to church and brunch with the family, along with a little Mother’s Day message.

My greatest accomplishment is the family we’ve built. Not only the children I birthed, whom I am so proud of and thank God every day for. But also the home we opened up to others. The family came from friends, and the children we’ve been so blessed to have.

A Family is something you build, not something you’re given. Having a whole home, feeding others, opening our hearts, and being a safe space brings immense joy. I am grateful every day for those in our lives and a part of our “FAMILY,” it makes my mama heart happy🤍🤍🤍

Mother’s Day can be hard for some, with their mamas no longer with them or having difficulty becoming one on their own🙏🏻🤍 My heart goes out to you! You’ll be in my prayers🙏🏻

I’ve had a lot going on since the beginning of the year, and I’m finally starting to feel like I’m seeing the light. It can be something as simple as brightening up the dining table with a new springtime appetizer, such as tulip baguette bites. Aside from introducing new additions to your menu, springtime presents the perfect opportunity to update your wardrobe. As crazy as my year started, and with much time spent helping my mom move, I needed as much time as possible.

Her Townhouse was ready yesterday, and I’ll spend the next couple of weeks getting her settled in. Helping her decorate will be a fun project, and I’ll share some of that process with you as we go.

-It’s not just a basic v-neck tee; this Chico’s tee, I get a fresh new one every spring. It’s the perfect fit/tee. It is not too tight, has a great length, is soft, and has a great sleeve. It fits true to size

Denim skirts in mid-length and knee-length have been trending for the last couple of seasons; I couldn’t find the right one until now. Chicos hit the mark with this one. This seaseason’sam detail is part of what makes this skirt unique, along with a two-tone denim wash, a front slit, and a great fit, snug in all the right places yet comfortable for a figure-flattering fit.
