Tuesday’s tip is a couple of way’s I stay Motivated to go to the gym!
1= I lay out my Gym clothes the night before… I know that sounds crazy but it really does help me. Plus you save time in the morning when your tired and hurrying to get the kids off to school!
2=I go right after I drop my son off at school! Then my day doesn’t get away from me. If I wait…Other things become more important!
3= Starting my day off right… with a workout just feels better! Even on mornings I just don’t feel like it…once I am done I was glad I did it!
4=Summer is coming!!! Well maybe we do live in UTAH!
5=Knowing I am burning 500/600 calories….FOOD I love food!
6= Cute workout clothes help to keep me motivated…”Treat yourself to a new outfit when you reach a goal?”
7=I feel much better when I work out! I remind myself of this because it’s easy to skip a workout then you skip 2 or 3 then all of a sudden you’ve stopped for a month or two!
8= Being over 40…It’s true your body changes and staying active really does help gravity and health.
I could list a few more but I think you get the point I need a lot of Motivation to get to the gym! I would rather lay in bed with a cup of tea and scroll through instagram! OXOXOX, D’Arcy
