Easy Stuffed Potato Skin Recipe

Hello Pretty ladies,

I hope you have a beautiful Sunday. Hopping on the blog for a short recipe share. I hope you’ll enjoy this week’s fast, easy stuffed potato skins, perfect for Superbowl Sunday or makes a great dinner served with a salad. I created a how-to reel for my Sunday series “In the Kitchen with D’Arcy.” Watch it HERE

The Super Bowl is fast approaching… Here’s one of my guys, Favorite football snacks✔️

Easy Stuffed Potato skins:

-10-12 Potato cooked cut in 1/2

-1 pound of Ground meat of choice (Beef, Turkey or Chicken) Seasoned the way you like

-2 Cups Mix Shredded Cheese

– Cooked Bacon crumbled

-1/2 cube melted butter

– 1 Cup green onions

– Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook potatoes in the oven or Microwave (I like to do this the day before) Makes putting together skins quick.

Cut in half and scoop out centers in a bowl (save to make mashed potatoes or Potato soup at a later date). Lay on sprayed baking sheet

-Brown and season your meat of choice.

-Coat each potato with melted butter and salt and pepper to taste

-Fill potato 1/2 way with meat, then layer shredded cheese. Top with bacon & green onions and bake in the oven at 350 until cheese is melted (15-20 min depending on range)

Serve on a platter with sour cream, Hot sauce, and Ketchup

This is an excellent Meal on its own, served with a salad.

Galentine’s Day is an unofficial holiday celebrated on February 13th. The holiday was made popular by the TV series Parks and Recreation and celebrated female friendships and relationships, especially if you don’t have a significant other. Galentine’s Day involves women honoring the important ladies in their lives through gift exchanges, dinners, gatherings, spa days, and more. It’s a great time to show appreciation for the strong bonds between women!

1. Set the Scene: Decorations, snacks, and atmosphere are essential (see my picks above)

2. Pick Your Guests: Invite your best gals for a night of laughter, stories, and fun.

3. Plan an Activity: Whether you watch a movie together or play a game, choose something everyone will enjoy!

4. Honor Each Other: Give thoughtful cards or gifts to show each other how much they mean to you.

5. Serve food & drinks: Serve decadent treats like chocolate-dipped strawberries or heart-shaped cookies. Or Wow them with a chocolate fondu Charcutier board! Easy to put together and looks so festive. Really Celebrate your friendship over a delicious meal!

🍋🥒Detox water recipe:

Water Pitcher

Water

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cucumber

Lemon slices

2 Tablespoons Chia seed

Add all ingredients to a pitcher and place in the fridge. Drink throughout the day.

I needed outfits that were comfortable, easy to wear, warm, and still looked put together. Hospitals are cold, so layers are great. Being comfortable was also essential for extended stays as well.

Five makeup products from 2022 changed my skin’s look and how I did my makeup.

I hope your first week of the new year is going well. I wanted to share five makeup products that significantly changed how I did my makeup and what it did for my skin. Video HERE where you can get a visual. These five makeup products either helped give my skin a dewy/glow or helped me achieve a better or easier look. As we age, our skin loses its natural youthful glow. I found products that help achieve that glow without glitter sinking into pours. It is all about the light.

I had girlfriends comment on how good my skin was looking, and even though I will give a lot of credit to my skincare regimens, it was because of the products I added to my makeup routine that gave my skin the appearance they were noticing.

It makes doing your eyebrows easy and fast✔️ This was something I struggled with, as I never really did anything to my brows as a teenager or later. (even in my modeling days, they never touched my brows)

Now, darker, more pronounced brows are a big trend. It’s funny how a brow style trends. I have read the thin 1990 brows are coming back. However, I will be sticking with my natural brow, darkened. How to Make Easy Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Hello pretty Ladies,

Today’s Sunday Dinner recipe for my series on Instagram, “In the Kitchen with D’Arcy.” It is A delicious and easy Creamy garlic mushroom pasta. View the Video Here. If your family is anything like mine, they love a good pasta dish, and this one is rich and delicious, with great flavor. It’s also very easy to make, yet it tastes like you’ve been slaving in the kitchen for hours. I like to serve it with a fresh green salad and garlic bread. Enjoy

How to Make Easy Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta🍝

Sauce Recipe:

1 cube butter

1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

1/2 cup diced onions

2 baskets of Mushrooms (I like to mix two mushrooms of choice)

2 cups heavy cream

Romano cheese

Parmesan cheese

Asiago cheese

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup of White wine (if you wish)

Freshly cooked bacon crumbles

Start by sautéing onions with garlic in butter over medium-high heat. Cook them until translucent, and then add the mushrooms. Season everything with salt, and black pepper, then cook until the mushroom has reduced in size and become golden brown. (Add 1/2 cup of wine if you wish)

Next, add cream and cook until the liquid is

Creamy After, add the cheeses, 1 at a time, and lower the heat to medium. Simmer the sauce for 3- 5 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.

✨Pasta cook as directed on the package
